Video with custom watermark

Here we demonstrate a RTMP video with a custom watermark switching automatically to progressive download since Flash is no longer supported. It resides on the site and is imposed over the video. When the visitor clicks on the watermark, he/she is redirected to another page.  This can be a landing page or another website. Watermarks are a good way to brand your company:

Loading the player...

With JW Player, watermarks show up in mobile devices, which wasn’t the case a few years ago. This means that watermarks have to be lightweight. The preferred format is PNG, especially when the form is not just a rectangle, like the demo here.

The size and opacity of the watermark depends on css styling, either in a custom skin or in the theme’s style sheet.
In this case we have set this to:

.jw-logo{
   width:150px !important;height:150px !important;
   opacity: 0.5 !important;border:none !important}
.jw-logo:hover{opacity: 1 !important}

!mportant has been set to override the default css of JW Player.
